For you...
About us.

Attie Homes Ltd was created in 2019 by both Adam and Heidi as a development arm to their Architect business, to allow them to create beautiful functional living for professionals, young professionals, assisted living, retirees and students. Both with a flair for design, they have tied in a unique aspect to every project with a complete orchestration of practicality in mind. Their ethos to every project they do is 'if we wouldn't want to live here ourselves, why should anyone else.' With the majority of their projects based currently within the historic city of Lincoln, conservation is at the forefront of their projects, this is where the Architecture aspect of the company really comes into fruition, allowing harmonious creative design within characterful builds.
Fun fact - the name Attie homes originated from when Heidi and Adam were both travelling around Australia in 2018, Attie creek (Cardwell Queensland) was one of their favourite places to see the calm shallow pools reflecting the small tiered waterfalls.

Lindum Terrace
This project comprises two historic Victorian villas in Lincoln linked in the middle that once housed a psychiatric ward for teenagers. It has since been abandoned and vandalised internally and externally. The plan with this project is to create 20 x 2bed luxury flats whilst keeping the beautiful period features of the building, with a modern twist. This project is found in a beautiful conservation area so retaining features are a must! We worked really hard with the Lincoln planning and conservation department to really maximise the site whilst maintaining the beautiful external features.

Bank Street
Bank Street was a great commercial to residential project to work on in a conservation area. Originally this building was an office we transformed into a 7 flat scheme for young professionals/students. Each flat has a different theme to it, these include industrial, country living, monochrome, retro, neutrals, scandi, and rainforest. Each flat was decorated to match the theme of the room, in which the colour scheme lead into the bathrooms and kitchens of each individual flats.

Livingstone Road
Livingston Road is a project based in Derby, where we transformed a residential end of terrace property into 6 self-contained studios for professionals. This was a great area for development as there are 5 hospitals and many industrial industries within Derby such as Roles Royce. This project didn't require planning permission but we utilised the huge loft space to add a luxury penthouse studio to the property.

Monson Street
This project is located in a conservation area, which consisted of gaining planning permission by converting an old taxi rank (sui generis) that had been on the market for over 2 years into a 6 bed HMO. This project is located close to the university, so was ideal to let out to students. The building now consists of a large communal kitchen/diner, 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for a comfortable standard of living.

Bracebridge Heath
This project consisted of purchasing the back garden from a client to ease the whole process. Teaming up with a local contractor, we gained planning permission in May 2019 for two executive three-bedroom and four-bedroom bungalows in a village outside Lincoln. Our involvement throughout saw the project fully complete in January 2020, with a slight delay in sales completion due to the global pandemic. A great example of working with the client to create a win-win situation for all involved.
