Remember the Marina facilities building from last month?

Designs are progressing for a 70 unit apartment scheme to the rear with key design motifs taken from the canal boats adjacent to the site. Planning is due to be submitted shortly on a scheme that hopes to regenerate and provide a beautiful setting to live, work and play.
