Another one of our own sites, purchasing the back garden from a client to ease the whole process. Teaming up with a local contractor, we gained planning permission in May 2019 for two executive three bedroom and four-bedroom bungalows in a village outside Lincoln. Our involvement throughout saw the project fully complete in January 2020, with a slight delay in sales completing due to the global pandemic. A great example of working with the client to create a win-win situation for all involved.
