Lindum Terrace is one of our own projects, it comprises of two prominent houses in Lincoln linked in the middle that once housed a psychiatric ward for teenagers. It has since been vandalised internally and externally. Planning was required on these buildings to create 20x 2-bed luxury flats with a full glazed link between the two buildings, housing a lift for the occupiers. This creates a beautiful contemporary design keeping the beautiful period features of the building, with a modern twist. This project is found in a conservation area so retaining features are a must!
