This new-build apartments scheme was conceptualised to maximise the social spaces that are so often missed in residential developments. With 33 penthouses with external gardens, external and internal shared spaces- including co-work spaces, home cinema rooms, and a gym, this design not only offers a place to live, but a place for a community to live together.
