We're really excited to announce planning approval and listed building consent has been granted for 16, 2-bed apartments in the heart of Belper, Derbyshire. This Grade II listed warehouse falls within the UNESCO world heritage site of the Derwent Valley Mills and will be lovingly restored to its original majesty. We're super excited to see this project through to the end, to see the property in all its glory!
