Centre of Loughborough!
We are delighted to have gained planning approval with Marrons Planning for this new 52bed student accommodation block in the centre of Loughborough. The scheme will make use of oriel windows to the rear to prevent overlooking issues whilst playing a bigger role in making the rear alleyway safer for the public. A fantastic achievement for the team and can't wait to see this progress forward!
