Today, we are sharing some construction photos from one of our residential projects in Grantham.
As can be seen in the photos, the dropped section of the roof has been specially designed to provide a separation gap between the existing house and the proposed pitched roof.
This has facilitated space for the rear elevation to feature the glazing in-between the timber cased trusses allowing light to flood the space, as well as enabling the retention of the first-floor window which allows outlook for a bedroom.
