A LITTLE ABOUT WILSON ARCHITECTS
Wilson Architects was formed in 2018 to provide a service to residential property developers and investors that finds a commercial balance between high-quality designs and practicality.
We make architecture for people by adding value to people's daily environments and homes.
Wilson Architects is an ARB registered Architects based in Lincoln and covers the East Midlands.

We’ve worked on a multitude of projects, from bespoke one-off houses to Grade II listed buildings to hotels and 300,000sqft warehouses. With a creative and enthusiastic team, we help property developers maximise a project’s potential. This varies from HMO conversions, commercial to residential, bespoke one-off houses to entire new build sites.

This is coupled with a property developer attitude that stems from continuing developer education within the team as well as architecturally. Not only do we look at a project from a typical “Architect” point of view in terms of design, space, layout and usability, but also have a commercial focus that maximises the financial aspect of the project as well and gives you the information you need at the right stage in the project.
