The castle

Bought as a closed down pub and restaurant, The Castle Hotel gained planning permission in August 2019 despite a series of constraints such as being in a flood zone, close to a railway line and a site of special scientific interest. Utilising the existing building to create four 1 bedroom flats and nine 2 bedroom flats, it has proven to be a cost effective way of repurposing an other disused building.
