2 Saint James Court - 60 Bed residential Accommodation
The biggest challenge with that project?
Working with the existing building constraints ensuring Part E and Part B compliance were adhered to.
What is the most rewarding/favourite part of it?
Working with the client and design team through the different technical challenges.
If you could choose, what project would you like Santa to bring you to work on next year?
I would love us to do some large-scale residential developments for a social housing provider that brings our design and technical expertise to help provide a socially responsible architectural proposition.
